Low Profile Abrasive Surface HD Grill 3/4"

Low Profile Recessed HD Grill Mat is also known as a Pedimat.  It is for Heavy Duty recessed or surface applications. Constructed of hollow extrusion rails joined by low-density polyethylene (LDPE) hinges.  The cushion retained in the captive aluminum tread port, along with drainage holes, allows debris and moisture to flow through the grate.

This mat has an Abrasive surface for extra slip resistance, aluminum oxide grit is embedded in a factory applied epoxy filler. Its main goal is to prevent slip and fall accidents, as well as keep the dirt, mud etc. form coming into your premises.

Commonly placed by contractors and replaced by maintenance or management, this grill can be ordered as a replacement with an existing frame, or a whole new system with a frame and pan. 

Manufacture depth is 3/4″ which has a 1000 lbs load rating (per wheel). Tread spacing: 1 1/2" on center.

Colour options available: Brick Red, Dark Brown, Ocean Gray, Safety Yellow and Flat Black. (as shown)

All Recessed Grills are custom manufactured to the size required. Surface mount frames are also custom and available.
